At Cluckophonic Records, we take care to accurately describe and grade all items. We want you to be happy with every purchase.

Returns If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return, please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide you with the return address and confirm your return is authorised.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. We do not offer exchanges — refunds only.

Return Postage We will cover the cost of domestic return postage, whether the item is faulty, not as described, or simply unwanted.

Timeframe Returns requested more than 14 days after delivery cannot be accepted.

Condition Disputes We grade all vinyl using the Goldmine grading standard. If you feel an item has been significantly misgraded, please contact us and we will do our right to make it right.
